Wheel Alignment

Wheel Aligning

Wheel alignment is part of standard automobile maintenance that consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are set to the carmaker’s specification. The purpose of these adjustments is to reduce tyre wear and to ensure that vehicle travel is straight and true (without “pulling” to one side).

The standard recommendation for a wheel alignment is every 10,000-15,000 kms. Note, however, that misalignment can occur by hard impacts on the suspension and the replacement of worn suspension and steering parts.

In our wheel alignment service in Hamilton, we have the latest Hofmann geoliner 680 imaging alignment system, which features advanced 3D imaging technology to deliver alignments that are more accurate.
